Oulan is a native Javanese-Indonesian, who was born and raised in East Java. He came in Japan for the first time in 2014 for pursuing master degree, and currently is completing His PhD.
He enjoys cooking as part of His hobby and a way to learn different cultures. Traditional cooking has always been His specialty. Not only is He well versed in Southeast and East Asian cooking, He is now trying to diversify His skills in Western and Indian cooking.
He believed that mutual understanding and common ground could be accomplished through cooking and learning other food culture.
